Beautifully laced with some of the finest flora and fauna in the land, Jos remains one of the most alluring, geographic and touristic destinations in Nigeria. With a temperate weather to die for, fruits and fresh vegetables always in season, Jos remains one of my favourite cities in the country. Full article

Notes From A London Prison. It is Black History Month in the UK and Nigerian writer Eugenia Abu recounts her experience during a reading at the Wormwood Scrub Prison

They came into the room in threes and fours. It was difficult to know what to expect especially having served as a member of the Prison Decongestion committee in Nigeria and visiting at least three prisons in the country as a result. They seemed prepared for the Book reading although some of them were not sure what that meant. They wore their grey T-shirts and grey tracksuit bottom obviously specified clothing for inmates of Her Majesty's Prison Warm wood Scrubs in... Full article

How has your life been in the past five years?
It has been hectic, busy and exciting. I have come in charge of presenters across NTA stations nationwide, become a member of several committees, and I have written a book. I have added more responsibilities to my life.

What would you consider your greatest achievements this period?

What about it, and how did the inspiration come?
Actually, I have always been a writer. I began to write at the age of seven. Television I must say obliterated my writing. People knew me more for TV and had no idea that I was writing except those who read the guardian newspapers where I contributed... Full article
